Acceptable Use Policy

Please read this acceptable use policy ("policy" or "AUP") carefully before using any Dynaboard website, including, https://dynaboard.com, https://dynaboard.app, https://dynaboard.io, https://dynaboard.dev website ("website", "Services") operated by Dynaboard ("Dynaboard," "We," or "us"). Use of the Services is subject to this Acceptable Use Policy.

Capitalized terms have the meaning stated in the applicable agreement between Customer ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Dynaboard.

Services provided by us may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of the Services. Any material or conduct that in our judgement violates this policy in any manner may result in suspension or termination of the Services or removal of user's account with or without notice.

PROHIBITED USE

Customer agrees not to, and not to allow third parties to:

• (i) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services, any software component of the Services, or Documentation, in whole or in part;
• (ii) rent, lease, lend, sell, license, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the Services or Documentation except as expressly permitted in the Dynaboard Platform Agreement;
• (iii) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, adapt, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to any software component of the Services, in whole or in part;
• (iv); botting, spamming, load testing
• (v) remove any proprietary notices from the Services or Documentation; or
• (vi) use the Services or Documentation in any manner or for any purpose that infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates any intellectual property right or other right of any person, or that violates any applicable law, regulation, or rule.

Customer agrees not to, and not to allow third parties to, use the Services:

• to violate, or encourage the violation of, the legal rights of others (for example, this may include allowing Customer Users to infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of others in violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act);
• to engage in, promote or encourage illegal activity, including but not limited to selling illegal products or services;
• for any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory or fraudulent purpose (for example, this may include phishing, creating a pyramid scheme, engaging in identity theft, or mirroring a website);
• to promote or facilitate violence or terrorist activities;
• to intentionally distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, hoaxes, or other items of a destructive or deceptive nature, or other malicious code;
• to interfere with the use of the Services, or the equipment used to provide the Services, by customers, authorized resellers, or other authorized users;
• to disable, interfere with or circumvent any aspect of the Services;
• to generate, distribute, publish or facilitate unsolicited mass email, promotions, advertisings or other solicitations ("spam") or botting;
• for load testing, proxies and VPNs, and CPU-intensive APIs;
• or any interfaces provided with the Services, to access any other Dynaboard product or service in a manner that violates the terms of service of such other Dynaboard product or service;
• for unauthorized or unlicensed money or legal services (businesses with appropriate licenses and authorizations are permitted);
• for the following types of businesses, hobbies, and applications (including but not limited to):
  • Certain financial and professional services, including:
    • Investment and credit services
    • Cryptocurrency mining (Cryptocurrency applications are permitted)
  • Regulated or Illegal products and services, and IP infringement
    • Gambling
    • Counterfeit or unauthorized goods
    • Illegal products or services
    • Intellectual property or proprietary rights infringement
    • Adult content and services
  • Unfair, predatory, or deceptive practices
    • Get rich quick schemes
    • Mug shot publication or pay-to-remove services
    • No-value-added services
  • Products or services related to:
    • Drug paraphernalia
    • High-risk businesses
    • Multi-level marketing
    • Pseudo pharmaceuticals
    • Fabricating social media activity
    • Substances designed to mimic illegal drugs

ENFORCEMENT

Your Services may be suspended or terminated with or without notice upon any violation of this policy. Any violations may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.
